Question posed in class similar to one in this slide: Is 2.5x speedup with 250 processors a good result or not? We never concretely answered that so just wondering if there's any objective answer to that or not.

My take on this question is that it really depends on the situation. If not too much of the workload is parallelizable then maybe we cannot do much better than this. If this speedup allows us to meet a speed/time constraint then this is probably a good result (i.e from 24fps to 60fps) as it allows us to ship a product.
