While studying this slide, I found a useful link regarding roofline graph https://www.telesens.co/2018/07/26/understanding-roofline-charts/ This site explains pretty well on what is roofline graph and how we can draw one.

If we wrote a program, benchmarked it, and found that the data point is under the roof, does it mean I can further optimize my implementation (e.g., memory) to get higher GFLOPS? Or it depends on my algorithm?
