So is true sharing referred as different processors are trying to access the same address?

If your "address" refers to cache line - I think so. @stanwie

@stanwie Yeah I think you got it exactly right. If they are accessing the same address, there is inherent communication.

@orz I'm not sure that that's quite right. The idea of false sharing occurs because processors are trying to access different addresses that just so happen to be on the same cache line, which leads to artifactual sharing. We have to look at the individual address level in this case.
