I was just curious as to how significant the leakage current was. After a quick Google search I found this article

Figure 5.5 seems to suggest that the ratio of standby power/total power can range anywhere from 10^-4.5 to ~ 10^-1.5/50 (0.0632455532)

Not directly relevant to the lecture but I thought it was interesting to know.

Edit: I just realised that the graph in the next page highlights the ratio too.
